We have a steam grill to put on the eye from the stove, and the fish comes out very delicious, we often eat because we like it.
The rice on the garnish is usually simple ... but I don't like to see it so white, that's why I always help it with some vegetables.
- 2 pieces of pangasius fillets

RECIPE PREPARATION Fish with rice grill:
With the two tablespoons of oil, pepper and salt we make a mixture with which we grease the fish slices.
Put a little oil in a pan or a smaller pot and when it has warmed up, put the chopped bell pepper, do not leave it much and put hot water, add salt and then add the rice. When it is almost ready, add the chopped parsley.
Put the grill on the fire, put the water in the container and then cover. It is made very quickly, I like to leave it uncovered for 2-3 minutes at the end.
Place the fish next to the rice.
Another fish goes, for example mackerel. I also made it with hake but it didn't stay whole.
Obviously, it doesn't have to be just bell peppers, but I like that it gives it a little color.
